You will be completing this PreResidency Medical Fellowship under the auspices of Dr. Uri Ben-Zur, a world renowned physician. This is a paid PreResidency Medical Fellowship program. Throughout the year, the Board of Trustees and Founders of the Pre-Residency Fellowship program conducts a review of all applicants. Hundreds of applications are received, but only the top applicants are selected to participate in this prestigious program. This competitive process ensures that only the most dedicated and qualified individuals are accepted into the program. As a result, participants in the program can be confident that they are receiving an education from some of the best instructors in their field. The program is also highly accredited, which is another testament to its quality. graduates of the program often go on to find success in their chosen careers, making it one of the most prestigious programs in the country.
This appointment to the PreResidency Fellowship is reviewed and renewed each year based on satisfactory performance.
After your application is received, you will be sent an email with a link to schedule the initial interview. This is a short zoom meeting which we will answer your questions. It is now required to do an externship with us. The amount of time is something that will be discussed. The more time you are able to devote to this initial process to show us your work ethic and medical knowledge the greater your chances to be accepted into the program.
Next, the interviewer will discuss with the committee about your application. If things are positive, another email will be sent to you for a meeting with Dr. Ben-Zur for final evaluation. He will then discuss with the review committee how he feels about your interview then recommend we continue the process with scheduling an externship, or we end the process and not continue.
During the externship, there is a fee involved. $1000.00 USD per month. It will be prorated if less. This will include a bed in the shared student dorm, a simple breakfast and lunch for the days you are with us at the clinic.

Dr. Uri Ben-Zur is a Board Certified physician in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology. In addition, he has completed four fellowships in several different disciplines of Cardiology, giving him a wide breadth of knowledge. Because of his extensive experience and training, Dr. Ben-Zur is considered one of the best diagnosticians in the United States, if not in the world. He has a unique ability to see and understand the root cause of a patient’s ailment, allowing him to provide an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plans. As a result, both patients and other doctors often seek out Dr. Ben-Zur for his expertise and knowledge in diagnosing and treating complex medical conditions.
